Descripción
Diamante Plaza is a unique, multifunctional class A office building designed for a pleasant and comfortable workplace.
The building is located near the historic centre of Krakow, at 24 Jana Dekarta Street in Krakow, and is a perfectly connected point on the city scale. The Zabłocie district, where the office building was erected, is a foreign business and cultural centre of the capital of Malopolska.
This is the first investment of its kind in Poland prepared in the design&build formula by Aldesa.
The form and colours of the building were inspired by a black diamond, carbonado, which is extremely rare in nature.
The four-storey, fully glazed building offers 10 000 m² of modern office space and a two-storey underground car park with 193 parking spaces. The versatile lease areas allow for free arrangement and adaptation of the offices to the users’ needs. The spacious, illuminated interiors of the lobby and atrium are dominated by a bold, modern and elegant colour palette, shimmering in the sun in shades of black and white carbonado.
The building includes service spaces such as a restaurant, kindergarten, fitness club, as well as green terraces on the top floor, all with the needs of the office building’s employees in mind.
